Healthy Communities

The Schaumburg Township Council of PTAs is partnering with several organizations in our community in a group called Pioneering Healthier Communities. The mission of the group is to support and promote/improve/empower communities with proven effective strategies and models to create and sustain positive and lasting change for healthy living.
