March 2: Auction ticket orders and payments due to Jenn Maze

March 5: Auction sorting day at the District Office from 9 a.m. to noon

March 7: PTA Council meeting at 9 a.m. at the District Office

March 7: STC Recognition Form 2012 due to Laura Nevel. Descriptions of the awards can be found at http://pta.sd54.org/recognition/

March 9-10: Illinois PTA Convention at the Schaumburg Marriott

March 16: PTA Auction at 5:30 p.m. at Meridian Banquets

March 21: Stranger Danger Safety Course from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Hoover Math and Science Academy

Nominating Committee Slate

The nominating committee met on January 19, 2012 and respectfully selected the following individuals as nominees:

  • Recording Secretary Mucia Burke
  • Corresponding Secretary  Kelly Hemphill
  • Treasurer Marcia Herrig

This slate has been respectfully submitted by your Nominating Committee members:  Debbie Anestopoulos, Kelly Hemphill, Lisa Reck, Lori Filby, Mike Scharringhausen (committee chair), Nicole Fentem and Ed Rafferty.

The slate will be voted on at the PTA Auction on March 16, 2012.
